Vargas Associates designed a newly acquired office suite for the Pharmacy Administration & Finance department. Programming was completed to establish the required interior design concept and need for the improved work flow function of their new space. We developed finish plans, furniture layouts, project budget and an overall project schedule. Day to day coordination with the landlord was necessary throughout the build out phase to address questions and issues associated with the construction of the new space.
The projects tight budget required the reuse of existing furniture and technology, which were designed to fit into new space. Supplemental furniture was also purchased to complete the fit-out of the remaining spaces.
