Vargas Associates worked as a consultant to the district, providing furniture procurement services to the new 15,000 SF Service Center and Bus Garage.  Our team programmed and created furniture layouts for seven offices, two conference rooms, dispatch, parts room, bus garage and a large break area for use by the bus driver staff.   We administered a furniture bid to procure the new furniture and provided onsite supervision during all furniture deliveries and installations.  Our interior designer worked alongside the district Architect in order to select furniture finishes that coordinated with the new interior building finishes.  The new furniture featured bright and vibrant colors as well as the district colors which created a fun and welcoming space for the staff and drivers.
