Rochester City School District Enrico Fermi School 17
Rochester, New York
Located in the northwest quadrant of Rochester and part of Phase 1 for the Rochester City School District’s School Modernization Program, Enrico Fermi No. 17 was relocated to swing space created at Jefferson High School, which became their temporary home during the yearlong reconstruction of their existing building. Our team oversaw the relocation of all boxed materials and supplies for the 47 classrooms, OT/PT equipment, Physical Education equipment, front office, library and select furniture to their swing space. All other items from the 85,000-square foot building were placed in temporary storage at the RSMP Warehouse. Once construction was completed, we received new furniture for all areas of the school, which we procured through a competitive bidding process School 17 was then returned to their newly renovated building.
