Our team supported Paris Kirwan Incorporated with furniture coordination and relocation management of their new office space. Our services included inventory of existing furniture, furniture layouts at their new space, pricing for new furniture for open plan cubicles, offices and conference rooms. Vargas Associates managed the FF&E bid process and oversaw delivery and installation of all furniture. We created an organized relocation plan, with a detailed scope of work for the moving company, prepared the bid for moving services along with on-site coordination during the relocation which was key to a smooth transition. Vargas Associates then managed the decommission of their old office space. This included removal and disposal of all unwanted furniture, removal of signage, security and prepared the space for final key turnover to the landlord.
