Interior Design, FF&E Consulting, Relocation Management
Vargas Associates provided interior design, FF&E consulting and relocation management services for the Planning & Economic Development Department relocation within the City Place Building. Our team conducted a building-wide program assessment, which included the development of new furniture standards. The program allowed for multi-year renovations to shrink county footprints and save taxpayer dollars. We selected the interior finishes to best capture the client’s overall design intent for a fresh, energetic and enjoyable office space. We prepared FF&E specifications and managed the bid/award process for new furniture, followed by the installation of new product. Once the building renovation was complete, we managed the internal department relocations.
