This Accounts Receivable Firm utilized our project management and commercial interior design services to facilitate the design and renovation of their existing facility. Our team conducted a feasibility study to determine if the staff and operations from multiple buildings could relocate to one main building and still maintain the functionality and effectiveness of each original department. We evaluated the existing space to determine extent of renovations required to modernize the building while ensuring the costs work within the Owners overall budget. Our team created the construction drawings as well as the new furniture layouts and finish selections for their offices, break room, training rooms, and reception area. Vargas Associates created the master project schedule, supervised all construction activities and coordinated the new furniture procurement and installation.
