Interior Design

The professional skill set you need to make the best use of your space, addressing the overall look of your interiors.

Our Interior Design Services help facilitate our projects through the creation of conceptual and design drawings, furniture, fixture and finish selections, millwork drawings, carpet, lighting and flooring designs. Projects can be very simple from helping owners make the best re-use of what they presently have, to completely re-working the interiors to re-define their environment. Our team utilizes the expertise of a licensed architect to ensure structural integrity and code compliance.

We typically start by establishing the programming requirements of the client, followed by establishing the desired reflection the organization wants to have with the customer, the community, and their staff. We create conceptual plans, in tandem with establishing budgetary expectations to ensure our selections are consistent with the funding available. Once design priorities are established, exciting space can be created even on the tightest of budgets. As designs develop and selections are made, we continue to test against the clients budget and delivery timeframe. When materials arrive and undergo installation, we confirm our specifications have been met, and if necessary will advocate and support our client to ensure they receive every aspect of what they have purchased. Our ability to transform a space translates into an elated response from occupants, while eliciting a pleasant response by patrons and community.
